Embrace Your Inner Journey To Wholeness

Hakomi

Welcome!

I warmly invite you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, where you can experience healing with the help of a sensitive, compassionate Hakomi guide. My practice is committed to providing a unique client led experience to help individuals explore within themselves in a safe and comfortable environment online or in person. I will assist in cultivating a deep listening to the body’s innate wisdom, resourcing the nervous system’s resilience to generate self-compassion, untangle harmful internalized patterns, and embrace creative and contemplative meaning-making practices. This is what Hakomi "mindfulness centered" therapy is about.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
“Every part of this soil is sacred in the estimation of my people. Every hillside, every valley, every plain and grove, has been hallowed by some sad or happy event in days long vanished.” - Chief Seattle  1854

I am grateful to be a guest and living on the unceded ancestral lands of the suq̀ʷabš “People of Clear Salt Water” (Suquamish People) past and present. I bow with deep honor to the land and the suq̀ʷabš tribe. I bare witness to the horrors, the beauties, and the unrested souls that still walk right here. May the Suquamish Peoples heal from the trauma of colonization. May the colonizers heal from their abuse and violence and their own deep history of being abused. May our ancestors guide us and bring forth the great teachings of our original wisdoms and help us heal the unrest. May my work on this planet help us listen and to return living in harmony and heal the living, the unwell dead, and restore the threads of love from past, present and future.
May we all be well.
I respectfully acknowledge that the land on which I live, work, and play is the unceded ancestral lands of the Salish Nations. I also recognize that this acknowledgement is a small part of the bigger ongoing work to foster a true reconciliation which is disruptive of the legacies of colonialism.
