Restoring The Earth - Healing The Mind
Ecopsychology
Alone in the unspoilt wilderness

Ecopsycology is a field that explores the relationship between human beings and the natural world, and is gaining recognition and importance in today's society.

As our world becomes increasingly urbanized and technology-driven, there is a growing need to reconnect with nature for our mental and physical well-being. Ecopsychology offers valuable insights into how our connection with the natural environment can positively impact our psychological health. By understanding and nurturing this bond, we have the potential to create a more harmonious and sustainable future for ourselves and Earth.

I work with individuals who experience hopelessness, grief, and anxiety around the reality and truth that our ecosystems are challenged, to give hope in a time of monumental Earth changes. The present, felt experience within the client is used as an access route to core material. This unconscious material is elicited experientially and changes are integrated into the client's immediate experience.

The body serves as a resource that reflects and gives light to what is buried in unconscious patterning. I work with individuals who feel constricted within the body, strengthening the relationship between body and mind to discover greater movement and freedom within the body and our expression with the world around us. These senses can generate being truly alive.

My unique perspective allows me to assist in the deconstruction of unconscious behaviors around inclusiveness, both in nature as well as in community, potentially allowing the individual to experience being comfortable with taking up more space around and within themself wherever they find their Self to be.
